A textbook as a means of informational communication is an integral part of the academic process of our institution. AMSMA publishing house was founded in 2007 on the basis of the editing and publishing department, which in its turn was set up in 1979. It comprises an editing group and group of small offset printing. The main task of the publishing house is publishing educational and methodological literature for the cadets of the Academy. Annually we publish about 50 various textbooks with the total print run of 1000 copies. Informational and advertising bulletin “Makarovets” has been published since 1997. A quarterly collection of scientific articles “Operation of marine transport” has been published since 2006.
